　　1、與原文相符：專利說明書在忠實(shí)度和流暢度上要求非常高，不能有所出入以及漏譯、錯(cuò)譯的情況。

　　1. Consistent with the original text: Patent specifications require high fidelity and fluency, and can not differ from each other in terms of omission and mistranslation.

　　2、編頁(yè)要求：一件專利申請(qǐng)會(huì)包含“說明書摘要”、“摘要附圖”、“權(quán)利要求書”、“說明書”及“說明書附圖”，除摘要附圖不需編頁(yè)碼外，其它各部分均需獨(dú)立編頁(yè)，亦即每一部份均需從“1”開始編頁(yè)碼。PCT案件的摘要附圖為首頁(yè)的附圖，CN案件本所則會(huì)另有指示，“摘要附圖”不需加上頁(yè)碼，同時(shí)必須將“圖X”字樣去除。在“說明書附圖”中，請(qǐng)勿以“1/4”頁(yè)碼編排而應(yīng)在下方加阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字自然排序，就如同“說明書”頁(yè)碼一樣，但是附圖中的“圖1”，“圖2”...則仍須保留。

　　2. Pagination Requirements: A patent application will contain "abstract of specification", "abstract drawings", "claims", "specification" and "illustration drawings". In addition to the abstract drawings without pagination, all other parts should be independently paginated, that is to say, each part should be paginated from "1". The appendix to the summary of PCT cases is the appendix to the first page, while the CNCAS will instruct otherwise, "the appendix to the summary" does not need a page number, and the words "Figure X" must be removed at the same time. In the "illustrations attached to the instructions", do not use the "1/4" page number but add Arabic numerals to the bottom to sort naturally, just like the "illustrations" page number, but the "Figures 1" and "Figures 2"... in the illustrations still need to be retained.

　　3、標(biāo)題：專利申請(qǐng)中的說明書除發(fā)明名稱外，各部分標(biāo)題需按：技術(shù)領(lǐng)域、背景技術(shù)、發(fā)明內(nèi)容、附圖說明、具體實(shí)施方式嚴(yán)格寫明。

　　規(guī)格：用紙規(guī)格為297毫米×210毫米(A4);

　　頁(yè)邊：譯文的頂部(有標(biāo)題的，從標(biāo)題上沿至頁(yè)邊)應(yīng)當(dāng)留有25毫米空白;左側(cè)應(yīng)當(dāng)留有25毫米空白;右側(cè)應(yīng)當(dāng)留有15毫米空白，底部從頁(yè)碼下沿至頁(yè)邊應(yīng)當(dāng)留有15毫米空白;

　　Edge: There should be 25 mm blank at the top of the translation (heading, from top to edge), 25 mm blank at the left, 15 mm blank at the right, and 15 mm blank at the bottom from bottom to edge.

　　字體：應(yīng)當(dāng)使用宋體、仿宋體或者楷體，不應(yīng)當(dāng)使用草體及其它字體;

　　Font: Should use Song style, imitation Song style or regular script, should not use grass style and other fonts;

　　字高：應(yīng)當(dāng)在3.5毫米至4.5毫米之間;行距應(yīng)當(dāng)在2.5毫米至3.5毫米之間。

　　Word height: should be between 3.5 mm and 4.5 mm; line spacing should be between 2.5 mm and 3.5 mm.

　　書寫方式：自左至右橫向書寫。

　　Writing style: horizontal writing from left to right.

　　一種文件在兩頁(yè)以上時(shí)，應(yīng)當(dāng)各自用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字順序編號(hào)。編號(hào)應(yīng)當(dāng)置于每頁(yè)下部頁(yè)邊的上沿，并左右居中。

　　When a document is over two pages, it should be numbered in Arabic numeric order. Numbers should be placed at the top edge of the lower margin of each page and centered left and right.

　　5、字?jǐn)?shù)要求：發(fā)明名稱一般不得超過25個(gè)字，但是在特殊情況下，可以增加到40個(gè)字，例如，某些化學(xué)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)明。若字?jǐn)?shù)超過，請(qǐng)通過翻譯者意見書告知。發(fā)明名稱應(yīng)寫在說明書首頁(yè)正文部分的上方居中位置，其與說明書正文之間應(yīng)當(dāng)空一行。摘要全文一般不超過300個(gè)字。

　　5. Word number requirement: The name of an invention should not exceed 25 words, but under special circumstances, it can be increased to 40 words, for example, inventions in some chemical fields. If the number of words exceeds, please inform through the translator's submission. The title of the invention should be written at the top of the body of the first page of the specification, and there should be a blank line between the title and the body of the specification. Generally, the full text does not exceed 300 words.

　　6、術(shù)語(yǔ)要求：對(duì)于技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)，國(guó)家有規(guī)定的，應(yīng)當(dāng)采用統(tǒng)一的術(shù)語(yǔ);國(guó)家沒有規(guī)定的，可以采用所屬技術(shù)領(lǐng)域約定俗成的術(shù)語(yǔ)，也可以采用鮮為人知或者最新出現(xiàn)的科技術(shù)語(yǔ)，或者直接使用中文音譯或意譯詞，必要時(shí)可以采用自定義詞，或以搜尋引擎協(xié)助尋找，這種情況下，應(yīng)當(dāng)在該技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)第一次出現(xiàn)時(shí)于其后加注原文。說明書中使用的技術(shù)術(shù)語(yǔ)與符號(hào)應(yīng)當(dāng)前后一致。

　　6. Terminology Requirements: For technical terms, the State has stipulations, uniform terminology should be adopted; if the State does not stipulate, it may adopt customized terminology in its technical field, or use rarely known or newly emerging technical terms, or use Chinese transliteration or free translation directly, or use custom words, or search engine to assist in searching, if necessary. In such cases, the original text should be added after the first appearance of the technical term. The technical terms and symbols used in the instructions should be consistent.

　　7、計(jì)量單位要求：數(shù)學(xué)符號(hào)、數(shù)學(xué)公式、各種編程語(yǔ)言、計(jì)算機(jī)程序、化學(xué)元素或分子符號(hào)、序列代號(hào)及特定意義的表示符號(hào)(例如中國(guó)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)縮寫GB)等不需譯出。此外，原文中的外國(guó)專利文獻(xiàn)、專利申請(qǐng)、非專利文獻(xiàn)的出處和名稱也不需譯出。

　　7. Requirements for units of measurement: Mathematical symbols, mathematical formulas, various programming languages, computer programs, chemical or molecular symbols, serial codes and symbols representing specific meanings (such as Chinese national standard abbreviation GB) need not be translated. In addition, the origins and names of foreign patent documents, patent applications and non-patent documents in the original text need not be translated.
