國家主席習近平發(fā)來賀信，習近平在賀信中指出，當前，以信息技術(shù)為代表的新一輪科技和產(chǎn)業(yè)革命正在萌發(fā)，為經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展注入了強勁動力，同時，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展也給世界各國主權(quán)、安全、發(fā)展利益帶來許多新的挑戰(zhàn)。全球互聯(lián)網(wǎng)治理體系變革進入關(guān)鍵時期，構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間命運共同體日益成為國際社會的廣泛共識。我們倡導“四項原則”、“五點主張”，就是希望與國際社會一道，尊重網(wǎng)絡(luò)主權(quán)，發(fā)揚伙伴精神，大家的事由大家商量著辦，做到發(fā)展共同推進、安全共同維護、治理共同參與、成果共同分享

　　中共十九大制定了新時代中國特色社會主義的行動綱領(lǐng)和發(fā)展藍圖，提出要建設(shè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)強國、數(shù)字中國、智慧社會，推動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能和實體經(jīng)濟深度融合，發(fā)展數(shù)字經(jīng)濟、共享經(jīng)濟，培育新增長點、形成新動能。中國數(shù)字經(jīng)濟發(fā)展將進入快車道。中國希望通過自己的努力，推動世界各國共同搭乘互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和數(shù)字經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的快車。中國對外開放的大門不會關(guān)閉，只會越開越大。

　　本屆大會以“發(fā)展數(shù)字經(jīng)濟 促進開放共享——攜手共建網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間命運共同體”為主題，希望大家集思廣益、增進共識，深化互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和數(shù)字經(jīng)濟交流合作，讓互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展成果更好造福世界各國人民。

　　President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter, in which Xi Jinping pointed out that at present, a new round of technological and industrial revolution, represented by information technology, is springing up. At the same time, the development of the Internet has brought many new challenges to the sovereignty, security and development interests of all countries in the world. The reform of the global Internet governance system has entered a critical period. Building a community of destiny in cyberspace is increasingly becoming a broad consensus of the international community. We advocate the "four principles" and the "five points", that is, we hope to work together with the international community to respect the sovereignty of the Internet. To carry forward the spirit of partnership, everyone's affairs will be discussed and handled by all, so that development can be promoted together, security is maintained together, governance is jointly participated in, and results are shared.

　　19th CPC National Congress, the Communist Party of China, has formulated a plan of action and a blueprint for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. He has proposed to build a network power, a digital China, a smart society, and to promote the deep integration of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and the real economy. Developing the digital economy, sharing the economy, cultivating new growth points and forming new momentum. China's digital economy will enter a fast track. China hopes to make its own efforts. China's opening door to the outside world will not be closed, but will only become bigger and bigger.

　　At the present session , the General Assembly , on the theme " Development of Digital Economy for Open Sharing _ Together with the Community of Cyberspace " , expressed the hope that all people would be able to build consensus , deepen the Internet and digital economic exchange and cooperation , and make the results of the Internet development better for the peoples of the world .
